Let’s celebrate imaginative connections between mind, body, and voice. Experience science-based workshops that are intelligently infused with playful voicework, intelligent bodywork, grounded mindfulness, and joyful soundmaking.
The workshops are holistically curated, encouraging lasting change in those seeking a new experience in vocal artistry. The workshops are built on an intelligent fusion of modern and historic voicework, bodywork, and mindfulness modalities.

Finding a mindfulness practice can be challenging in the current chaotic world. Using science-based strategies, our sessions of guided meditation will allow you to find more agency in your day-to-day mindfulness choices and assist you in finding a softer experience in your world.
Bodywork
Myofascial Release
Dropping into intelligent bodywork will guide you into experiencing a profoundly new relationship to singing and sound making. Whether your relationship to your body is easy or challenging, you will be guided with gentleness and compassion through these sessions.
Health, Hygiene, and Habilitation
Singing and Acoustic Voicework
You will explore new sensations in vocal health, hygiene, and habilitative voicework. Experience acoustic flexibility masterclasses and playfully exciting techniques that will guide you into discovering new facets of your voice.
